simplify, Simplify, SIMPLIFY ..1 ..2 ..3

Trevor writes:

From this post - MAD 7. It Only Takes 'HALF-A-DOZEN' Things! (extract below) - I am reminded that it is all to easy to fall into the trap of adding unnecessary complexity to ideas, projects, strategies, et al, that should be as simple as ...1 ..2 ..3

Too many people look to make the simple things in life too complex to understand.

Yes, most often it takes only a few things... 1, 2, or 3 things... just a 'half-a-dozen' things to ensure success in most projects.

I am resolving to simplify every idea, project, strategy I have into a 'simple as ..1 ..2 ..3' graphic presentation.

About INNER Circle Developing JVs

Writes Trevor:

Take a look at the growing list of 'ANOTHER DEVELOPING JV PROJECT' links on the right column of this blog.

The intention is simple: To stimulate a top-of-mind connection with select business entrepreneurs for developing mutually-beneficial revenue-generating projects.

The idea is for both 'JV partners' to bank money equally (or in any agreed way) from a joint venture business project launched as a result of our connection and commitment... whether it be R1,000 ; R10,000 ; R100,000 ; R1,000,000; R10,000,000 and more!

The rationale: In my experience, unless both JV partners see a return on their project alliance - no matter how small - the alliance is unlikely to get off the ground. The quicker this can happen the quicker the internal belief and mutual commitment develops. There's nothing like money changing hands that tests the integrity of a relationship. This project is designed to fast-track that process.

As the Developer of the INNER Circle Business Forum I kick-start and develop each blog, logo and theme and make a personal commitment to each of the 'developing JV partners' that I will contribute to their/our blog sites at least once a week.

I will reserve the right to ownership of each 'Developing JV' blog for the purposes of search engine optimisation research (i.e. Google Adsense etc.) et al. Each blog partner will benefit from their business or personal web and blog link appearing at the top of the Link List to the right of our JV blog column (thereby allowing JV blog partner total control of own Search Engine Optimisation benefits on their own sites)... and by being linked to each of our growing list of Developing JV blog links.

Based on the principle of 'give-to-get', I expect my select list of 'developing JV partners' to return the favour with a once-weekly contribution, at least, to the blog.

Here's what I expect to happen - and what is, in fact, already happening: Both 'developing JV partner' and I are consciously and subconsiously aware of our personal business relationship commitment that is visually and textually prodding our consciences at least once a week. Both are looking for a way to bank some money equally (or in any agreed way) from this commitment.

Want to explore a JV relationship like this - talk to me.
